That list is quite extensive, but not every bride is going to require every piece of stationery there is. Factors that will determine what you decide to actually order can include budget, timing, head count, location, and style preferences to name a few. So, always keep in mind a few rules of thumb:

1. Make a budget and stick to it! Cut costs where you can and spend your money where it counts. Choose a photo design rather than a foil card to trim the total. Or stick with white envelopes as opposed to an upgraded color envelope. If you are picky about the paper type, but not concerned about accessories - upgrade to a fancier paper type and keep the rest simple!

2. If it doesn’t apply let it fly. For instance, there is no need to order a reception card if the ceremony and reception are at the same place. Be calculated with your choices.

3. Don’t stress! Designing your wedding invitations and stationery should be fun! It’s a part of the process where you can really take control. So enjoy it!
